How to send notifications (reminders) 2 hours before the SLA breach?

In SLA Time and Report you have an opportunity to send reminders in the comments of the Issues to one person or a group of users.

For example, if you have an 8-hour SLA goal and want to be notified 2 hours before the deadline, you need to follow the steps described below.

First of all, set up an SLA, define the Start and Stop conditions and SLA goals.

If you want to get reminders, for example, when your SLA goal is breached and/or 2 hours before this, set up sending the notifications in “SLA time goals setting”:

If you want the notifications to be sent only 2 hours before the SLA breach, choose the option “Notify user in comment” only near the “6h” SLA time goal.

You can also create a custom text for notifications in issue comments or via SLACK using the Notification Template Editor.
