Start SLA to due date
Start SLA to due date
Avoid missed deadlines and get a notification if something goes wrong and the issue is not resolved on time with the new SLA Time and Report feature:
Click the “SLA Manager” button in the top right corner.
2. You can set the countdown of the SLA to the due date of a specific project. To make it, choose ‘Resolution date’ and then ‘Field value based’.
3. Create a condition for Stop.
Setting such conditions as in the example below to Start and Stop means that SLA will be triggered as soon as the issue has not been moved to the “Done” status before the due date.
If you need help or want to ask questions, please contact us through SaaSJet Support or via email support@saasjet.atlassian.net
