💡 How to calculate work item age?

Calculating the age of a work item is quite simple using the Time in State app.

The sum of a work item's time in all states is equal to its age.

Using the Format tab, you can see the age value in different values - hours, days, decimal days, and business days (the length of one business day is calculated according to your work calendars).
